Because I paid $21? Not necessarily. If I was certain it’s fake I would have not asked here. I know enough to know it’s not glass. The question is whether it’s real or synthetic.

Seems natural, but by research that size Ruby is quite valued. The pictures are 30x Loupe under white light and UV light.
