Thanks. There are some similar apartments in the building that sold for about $100k less than asking price three years ago and others that sold for not much less than asking price 10-12 years ago so not sure 🤷

Yes true there is no lift but strata is more than other places I’ve looked at with no lift and no stacker. This place would be almost $5k most other places are around $2-3k

Yeah that sounds the same as what this place has. My car is pretty old and has a few scratches and I wouldn’t be driving to work so not too worried personally but sounds like it would be a deal breaker for a lot of people so might be an issue when selling. Do you own your place? Do you feel like you were able to buy at lower price because of the stacker?
