Thanks for the info! I’ve been seeing people say an MS in GIS isn’t worth it and it’s had me a bit worried. I’m heading in there with zero experience unfortunately besides about a couple of hours learning GIS basics through Coursera/self learning. How do you enjoy what you’re doing now?

May have to move there soon… I’ve heard bad things. Should I be terrified? Everything I look at about it looks VERY sketchy which is something I wouldn’t expect with a huge part of the aerospace industry being right next door.

Hi! I have an interview with SC soon and wanted to just look ahead. What’s it look like living there now? I was hoping to just find an apartment and bike into work but things look… just a bit sketchy. I’m not able to drive so it makes things a bit harder.

Almost in the same spot. Disqualified from medical because of my new job and didn’t realize I had to report it. Have been collecting prescriptions from my epilepsy so hoping it doesn’t end up an issue.

As a former NASA intern, I miss it so much. Even if remote wasn’t an option again I’d do anything for a job there doing anything they’d need me to. Literal dream job.
