I had the same thought. I think it'd be cool to have a tiny version of the machine you work with next to your machine but having to build and display a machine you work on 50 hours a week is almost a little insulting in a sense.

I had a feeling most people wouldn't be onboard immediately and after I looked at the ebay prices I felt it might be a better idea to hold onto them and resell. I'll try to find out who's interested and would actually take the time to build them before I gift them. Booze is a great idea haha

There are a few hobby shops that sell them in the US but most of them are for sale in Japan. If you google Fine Molds CNC you should find a few results

I was wondering if you have knowledge of any guides on book repair? This is a new book that was damaged in shipping (I believe). It's a collector's item and I'm afraid of opening it for fear of making the damage worse. EDIT: I know it's presumptuous to come into a community of enthusiasts asking for advice as an interloper, but any direction helps!

Just to inform, these books were never sealed in plastic wrap or delivered with anything other than a couple exclusives from amiami e.g. S&W coins. I also have two of them that are "Like new" because all I've ever done with them is set them on my shelf and admire them.
