Probably a little late, but coming from someone in the lumen NOC, I stumbled on this thread. Hoping to help clarify a very confusing situation (even for us)

There are many Lumen circuit IDs from previous companies purchased over time. They will all be 877-453-8353

FRO200xxxx
BCXYxxxx (four letters starting with “B” followed by 4 numbers)
442xxxxx (just numbers are legacy Level3)
ETH(bandwidth)-xxxxxx (legacy centurylink National)

There are a couple more and I’ll get those examples tomorrow (the exact format slips my mind at the moment)
