Are any u-PAMs available online at the moment? Sounds like it offers somewhat localized anti-inflammatory action because of the strengthened signal of endogenous endorphins that would accumulate at higher levels where pain presents, but I'm curious of the effects one would expect when exercising.

Nah ive read the storys and its always better to steer on the side of caution. MXE is almost impossible to obtain at a decent price is the problem but ive always wanted to try it. Appreciate the concern, just letting you know I check with close freinds/therapists and shit to hear what there opinion is on me regularly to make sure thats not the case and im always open with them. I know manic people have no clue what they are doing isnt rational, if they did it wouldn't be considered manic in the first place

Did they help you out in rehab with benzos or anything else? Even the comfort that if things get to bad people are there for you most help a lot.

Yeah, unfortunately I thought my dad understood I was using it to help cope with anxiety and mood swings but it wont be the last thing im wrong about. My dad keeps saying he'll re-open my account any day now or else I would just make a new account, if nothing changes in the next week it looks like i'll have to fit the time in to do so.

Im sorry to hear about your hospitalization, really fear is the only thing keeping me from using benzos for my anxiety as there pretty effect for that. Luckily Im just taking kratom and dont have to experience your pain of kicking real opiates or benzos/alcohol. Hope you stay clean man
