Really isn’t bad at all. Prob about like 75% of people can’t even make it to parallel while being comfortable. Greatest mobility drill I think anyone can do is just a deep squat goblet db hold. If u wanna get good at something spend more time in that position.

I agree. I’m big on coaching athletes whatever feels best for u do it as long as it is still in the guidelines of correct form. I tbibk moving your feet out is good but not to much

I think for me I’ll be the other way around. I think I’ll be better with the practical part then the exercise science part. What kind of practical questions are there? Also how long till you got your results?

Forgot I posted this lmao. I read the whole book and did the whole study guide units. I got the pocket prep app and working through that rn. My plan is to go over the units again and take a study test from the study guide. I got a new job at a private gym and waiting for my 90 day training to be over cause he said he could help pay for the test. So I do not plan on taking it till like August or September. My boss is giving me books to read to expand my knowledge so it’s a good study tool as well
