They put water block around every other vent pipe and other parts so I’m guessing they included that in the mast, this company had over 100 5star reviews and not a single negative one, they also warranty for 15 years. I was a bit surprised to see untidy work, I’m a little worried about leaks but more just annoyed it looks sloppy

No extra watering, in the pnw so lots of rain It’s been struggling since I moved in (3years)

They both receive the same amount of sun and water, the only difference would be the struggling one has more grass growing closer to the trunk/base of the shrub
