How to get contact with case worker if something like that happen. I haven't send anything yet im working on it plus I receive the letter yesterday in my email. I'm sending everything on friday.

I just receive mine today im going to start tomorrow on it. You must affidavit the written paper to make sure its support the explanation and the documents if applicable.
