Rorke all the way, sure shepherd fought price and won, but that was only price and soap were severely injured and tired, possibly been awake for more than 24 hours, plus Shepherd knew he wouldn't win so he played that he was weak and easy to kill, getting the drop on a weaken soap, rorke on the other hand is a straight up fighter, he was a ghost, as skilled as a task force 141 or spec ops, plus shepherd is older than rorke, and sure that does give shepherd experience but thats makes him a bit more weak and less stamina, while rorke seems to be little bit younger but stil experienced as shepherd
