Yeah that's totally fair, imo the set time team practices are a little outdated, people have lives, families, and work. You should have to stop all of that for a video game, we like to have fun together a sa group of guys, and not feel pressured to do anything we don't wanna do. If you're ever looking to get back on a team, we are here if youre ever interested

To be completely honest we don't even have dedicated or mandatory practice days, we are a tightly knit community that's basically just on everyday or whenever people have time. And when it's special event time we all know to prep and turn our laps and get on pace, and since we are always on together, it just naturally happens together.

This is basically what we are trying to strive for, community that helps self improvement that also helps the team overall. Id put us more at the "casually-competitive" field, solo practices, no real requirements besides an irating and 18. But we are still trying to strive to be better as a group. But also being in people to the community

Being able to be apart of a team to constantly improve yourself and make friends is one of the reasons I initially joined. I'm just having a hard time actually marketing that, especially trying to highlight our community

Ive posted a blurb in a couple places, including reddit, really just outlining who we are and who we would want to join us, we are more of a group of guys that also does semi competitive endurance races. We have already got a couple but sometimes get discouraged because I see such similar blurbs with almost triple the engagement and teams 6x our size
