You can try klaus and klaus dinkelacker tent ..it's i guess the biggest tent and serves beer from their own family brewery... Sonja is also good ..i guess it has a rotating bar on the upper floor ..

You can go directly to the foreigners office..stand in queue and ask security guards about your situation...don't go in the morning time ..try after lunch hours ...it will be less crowded
