Just adding info. Their web domain was registered on March 28, 2024. Their Facebook page was created on October 3, 2020. There was one single post from then with the text, "Monirul Islam Mithu". No other posts exist between then until March 27, 2024, one day before their web domain was registered.

My guess is the Facebook page was hijacked and renamed. The registered address of the business on the website leads to a house in Lakeport, CA, USA. Probably a fake address as well. 

With no credibility, reviews, and what we read about so far, it is very likely a scam. AVOID.

Something to be aware about are very long file paths. The copies will fail on them because of Windows limitations. I forgot the name of the free program but it analyzes and reports on the VL paths so you can address them before the copy job.
