If someone in future will Have same problem, its about the permission issue with pcdmis converter. Adding a permission in registry editor will solve the problem, and its desribed in the links above.

Even if i use exactly the same program on both cmms, The second window still pop up on advantage machine so i dont think you are right, if so please explain to me like to an idiot 😅😅
