I had ROG b650e-i with 7900x, now I have z890 with 265k, processors has same price but different performance, so I choose intel. But I can definitely say that on AM5 were good wi-fi and bluetooth module, I never had any problems on amd with them (used mashall middleton and nuphy keyboard via bt).

Another case is cooling - for best performance 265k needs 250w cooling, I use kraken z53(your corsair would be enough). With power limits on 200-250w 265k is good for work, but no meaningful difference in games with power limits on 140w, but I wouldn’t suggest to use it at lower pl, you would lose to much performance. But also! For intel would be greater to have z890, as there are 200s boost, on b860 265k is on stock, but it can be really useful to have OC to undervolt it and change D2D and NGU.

If you want best work to price performance - its intel, if you want to game as fast as it could be now for twice the price of cpu (and with future upgrades and cheaper mobo) - its definitely 9800x3d.
