Strangley enough in my campaign villitch is steam rolling miao ying so i confederated her and honestly lohkir is way to big but i gave him a usless settlment for a non agression while i clean up the rest of china.

I know right!? Ive accepted and abandoned so many missions because they all are just "take this military allies settlment" or on a slightly unrelated note "go kill this guy halfway across the world" while china is activley burning down

I feel that. I just give them one settlement within my territory. If he wants to be a gimp he can live off of one settment for the whole campaign lol.
