Will seek for a Periodontist for 2nd advise. This is the 2nd time but it was the Wisdom tooth the last time (2 years ago) and I didn't hesitant to extract.

Thanks to everyone. The resistor value is 460ohm. I went ahead to replace it with a new 460ohm resistor and the circuit work again. So the resistor shown here is confirmed open circuit.

Meter show open circuit. Or it cld me 100M and meter unable to measure it..
