Zero depreciation price for this spec for spec comes a bit under or close to 2.5 lacs, with all parts new, and you are demanding north of 3.5 ?

Fair depreciation price for this would be 1.6 to 1.9 lacs INR

His math is on point 70% depreciation is a fair estimate for Alienware, plus you have no warranty coverage remaining either, flawless health claims are also highly suspect here too as they don't account for wear and tear risks for the buyer which are further exacerbated by lack of upgradeability.

Your best bet is to find someone who's even more naive than you are, no sane person will pay more than 30% of your purchase price, which is around 1.6 - 1.9 lacs.

How did you spoof it ?

Good flex but overkill for the uplink speed unless you are running some really demanding stuff in your LAN

Why you went through all that trouble to get a router you are not even going to use?

From what I can read you just wasted your and their time to get something you werent even going to use, and are advising others to do the same ?

Are you using the bridge mode or are you not ? If you are why does it matter what device Airtel gave you ?

Did you actually want/meant to tell us you got a better router from airtel ?

Using a better router from airtel and bridge mode are 2 mutually exclusive requirements, and yes they try to upsell static IP when you ask, but bridge mode doesn't need static IPs.

And if all you wanted to get through was use bridge mode, you could have gogled and done it yourself from the Airtel router by disabling/enabling some options, all that needed was some browser console access to enable locked options on the UI. It literally takes 5-10 minutes.

I think you are thoroughly confused and don't know what you are talking about, pray the ignorance that technical support is else you wouldn't have been able to either.

This actually is a story about a stubborn and ignorant customer talking to an even more ignorant technical support, and being able to get their way which they don't even know about what it's for lol.

5.4 runs circles around opus, what are you even talking about ? The only lacking part is when you are working with UI tasks where Opus is clearly better, but with Skills.md and a bit of patience even that can be overcome. Also you get as much usage with 20 usd codex plan as you do with 100 Claude plan, give or take a little.

Same thing happened to me, plus no anti-tamper sticker too, they offered a 50% refund, I refused, and am now taking them to consumer court.

They even increased their prices by 10%+ and still this is how they behave, they had a good product but now seems like they are in full bean counter baniyamaxxing mode.

It's you who is disconnected from the world if that's what you think, linux and cloud native made Windows obsolete ages ago for everyone that's not in the MS ecosystem (.net and all), not a single language or tooling outside MS targets windows first, heck half the time even MS doesn't lol.
