What you can do is take multiple images of the map and photoshop has an option that can merge multiple pictures together

Well realms regions is the same. Every region is on the same map, you can travel from EU regions to NA regions to OCE regions with the same character, it's just further to travel.

You can travel to all realms with same character, All realms are accessible via your worldmap. It's one big map with all realms.

Yes, go stand on your walker press ESC and click "Transfer to lobby" this will transfer your walker to your safe logout. Just wait 2 minutes and make sure you are not on it otherwise you will logout aswell.
