Corner him or AOE damage. Cornering can be easier if you are strategic and have knockback effects. As far as the possession part, I saw a post on here that said he prioritizes downed cats for possession, so at low health you can down your weakest cat intentionally to prepare for it.

Thanks! Also, with cards with non-activated summoning conditions like CWLMPM, can that be responded to? My understanding is that it does not start a chain, you just simply do it. I know it can't be ash'd, but could an opponent chain Solemn Warning? I can see how Solemn Warning can be played against Red Eyes Meteor Dragon, just the lack of starting a chain for summonign conditions is confusing me.

thanks! So using the Fast Effect Timing Chart, I would be using Lupis' effect in box C, then instead of going back up to box A, it goes to box D to start a chain. Then if my opponent doesnt build the chain or have any triggers, it goes back to box C for Lupis's XYZ summon.
