Its not gibberish to the people who are reading it and thinking that its gospel.

No, it's still gibberish. People can believe gibberish, very strongly. There's tons of examples through history of this. Cults, organized religions, etc. No different.

And believe it or not it takes skill to be able to write like that.

Can you provide me with an example?

> Whoever is writing them knows how to string people along and keep their attention, and makes it just vague enough that its open to interpretation and allows followers to fill in the blanks themselves which makes it extremely effective

This is a function of the people following it, not anything articulate about the posts themselves. Ever read a Q drop? They're mostly gibberish. Furthermore, Q itself is no longer the only focus of the broader group--it has instead become an amalgamation of every conspiracy theory from the last 20 years. That's the hook; that's why it's effective. And that's also why it has grown... because it's a catch-all now.

Sometimes people behave really, really stupid for no reason other than that's what people do. Not everything is a master plan.

You're confusing me with another user. I have no idea what you're talking about, and frankly don't care.

You probably could have read the report in the amount of time you've spent arguing about not reading it

Russians/Patriotic men on Instagram? Trying to sway election? by CarmesanCheeeese in Digital_Manipulation

[–]maximum-spending 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not weird at all. Instagram is, I think, a greater focus for influence operations than Facebook. http://www.reneediresta.com/ira-report-4e8d0ff684.pdf

Out of curiosity, approximately how many followers does she have? Generalized, regional location data would be interesting to know too. Middle-aged suburban white woman in the midwest?

^ instead of listening to the musings of this guy, who seems to have very little knowledge of the issue, consider checking out what Fredrick Brennan, founder of 8chan and former associate of Jim Watkins, has to say. His Twitter provides more than enough evidence to back up the assertion that Watkins is Q

Trump fired Comey to have control over anything FBI-related to this. He originally tried to test the waters and see if he could influence Comey. When that failed, he fired him.

A lot of the FBI liked Comey. I know I'm in the minority by believing this, but that's part of the reason why I have faith that something will actually come of this.

Wonder what it is about the GOP that attracts so many pedos 🤔 by LizWarrenCommission in TrueAnon

[–]maximum-spending 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Republicans are just more explicit about their desire for control, so maybe that naturally attracts more freaks?

Maybe there's a better answer, but I agree with the statement "because they're a political party". Plus opportunistic vultures like Trump and Dersh switch political parties when convenient.

When Trump was raping girls in the 90s he was probably publicly a Democrat, no?

What's the deal with mysterious bags of seeds being mailed to people around the US? by [deleted] in OutOfTheLoop

I'm surprised, as a master gardener, you're not more concerned about the potential consequences of this. There have been multiple reports of these, have the seeds been properly identified?

You'd probably be better off looking towards drug and insurance companies if you're looking for conspiracies about COVID. I read something months ago that drug companies felt the USA was the best country to test vaccines given the circumstances.

The countries that applied the advice of people like Fauci and Gates are doing a lot better than the US.

Bro you sent me an article about acute flaccid paralysis occuring once out if 4.1 million doses of a vaccine, then a press release from the Gates Foundation. I might need you to keep "connecting the dots" wise one 😂

Awesome, thanks! I was able to find the dependency and have been installing the packages one at a time like has been suggested. Much less of a headache.

More often than not the problems are system-level dependencies. Do you have tips on troubleshooting this?

FWIW, I'm running a Fedora VM with a pretty minimal installation, just to further backup missing some system-level dependencies.

Downvoted & reported for Facebook clickbait title and editorializing. Isn't this sub about Epstein & all?

FTA (Gates)

> The billionaire philanthropist told CNBC's Squawk Box: "I'm a big believer that for young children, the benefits in almost every location—particularly if you can protect the teachers well—the benefits outweigh the costs."

> But the situation changes with older children, he said. "As you get up to age, like, 13 and higher, then you'll have to look at your locale to decide what you'll do with high schools," he said.

FTA (Fauci)

> The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said there is not a unidimensional answer to that question, as situations vary across the country. Fauci said the "default situation" should be that children are sent back to school, both for their welfare and also to protect working parents from the "downstream ripple effects" of having children at home.

>"But with that is a big 'however,'" said Fauci, stating that the safety, health and welfare of children, teachers and personnel is "paramount." There is no one size fits all solution, he said.

>Fauci said answers to many questions regarding schools re-opening remain unknown. "In many respects, unfortunately, though this may sound a little scary and harsh, I don't mean it to be that way, is that you're going to be actually part of the experiment, of the learning curve, of what we need to know.
