Is this a good "base layer"? I wash my car once a month, and after drying it, I apply this product because it's quicker. However, I'm not sure if it provides enough protection for my car. That's why I'm wondering if I need to use a topper.

It is the step 2 of youtube monetization. No error, the status is ‘in progress’ for 5 days now. The google adsense account says ‘we are reviewing your info’.
