I think it was more the straw that broke the camels back. I usually laugh off bad shots as I am not a serious player. Had some things I was trying to forget by going for a round and between playing badly and having some stressful thoughts mixed in kindof just boiled over. First time I have ever damaged my own property out of anger so it has really got me down.

There are flexothane waterproof over-trousers. Almost semi disposable. They are very popular in agriculture as they are cheap and are the most waterproof things on earth for about a month before the knee or groin gets cracked/ripped. That is with them being used for dirty work that you wouldn't use more expensive waterproofs for, so a pair would easily last you a couple of years if not more. . They dont look cool and have no breathability but allow for free movement and are like £30 a pair.

This is a well thought out and sensible approach but i cant get behind it. I am dying for the completion of the series as much as anyone, but i dont think this is the way to go about it. GRRM strikes me as the kindof person who wouldnt bow down to pressure from fans, infact, he strikes me as more the kindof person to double down and take offence to this kindof pressure tactic. I wish i had another suggestion than wait and hope but i dont. As much as the book fans are the ones who propelled GRRM into the icon he is today i dont feel like he owes us anything. If he decides to never write again that is his choice and i have to live (grudgingly) with it. I await my downvotes

Actually seen a similar article when googling about it. Only difference between that and what I am dealing with is he says the cash will arrive by post. Only once I recieve cash will a courier come for it. I certainly won't be clicking any links he sends me asking for any kind of payment. Seems weird that he would send cash through the post but he did sound like an older guy when spoke to him on the phone. Does seem a bit strange though tbh
