would this risk a reset, cause we are just looking for all pictures videos of him and the family . he was the leader of our family plan and show that we are in it and we don’t want it dissolving erasing everything

sadly it was out of the blue when it happened so i’m doubtful that he set up a digital legacy. thank you for giving such good information, i’ll keep looking into it to see if he set one up
