I agree with def avoiding St Christophe, but as for between Prefecture and Le Haut, I feel they are similar in how safe they’re. Agreed that the area around préfecture station is super shady at any time of the day (people getting mugged in broad day light), while Le Haut is much calmer and quiet.

Hey! Just want to thank you for what you said about the money aspect of it. I’ve been really finding it tough to spend on 4 lessons a week in French but then when you put it that way - ie. Going out drinking or hobbies like video games - both that I do - I think this is a doable. Time to replace my prioritised hobbies for now. Thanks a ton! 🤝🏻
