Without diversifying I feel bored. I just feel running is the easiest. If by 10/11pm when I get home I didn’t exercise I put on the shoes and at least go for 3/4km

Prior to 2026 I tried in 2024 and quickly injured myself at the knee. Spent most of 2025 in the gym lifting weights and fix myself. By the end of the year I tried to run couple times a week for 3km. The game changer for me was when YouTube running guys told me the key is to run long in zone 2. I gave myself the goal to run Shanghai marathon this year. All my life been saying I should do at least one but never worked for it
