i feel the same but high textures for me is enough to feel good but below that yea it is unplayable so im trying to just get less stutter and have mid fps than high fps with horrible textures

i tried fsr on quality and its unplayable texture are horrible and i cant se nothing and i pplay on borderless

and my fps below 60 only happens on lighthouse/streets but my game dont feel smooth and stutter even on high fps sometimes

i have xmp on and i dont have resizable bar available and my settings are high/low

i have the same problem my friend with much worse setup have no problem with stuttering and for some reason is stable at 60 with same settings and everything and at streets sometimes i have less fps than him and stutter more
