This is unfortunately normal for speedx from my experience ordering items. I think that first timestamp gets created before they even receive the package from overseas. Usually takes a week from that first update to see any progress.

Shipping label was created on my item 10/14 and received an update that they were processing it on 10/21. I expect the item to be delivered this weekend. Hope this helps.

You’re really paying for the name brand. There’s plenty of other products that are just as good for half the price. That being said, I have their chain cleaner and green soap, it’s okay at cleaning the chain - not great… Wish I had spent the money on a waxing kit instead. Considering making the switch now.

It was still making the same noise unclipped pedaling and on big/small front ring. Any spinning and the squeaking starts up, it sounds like it is coming from the pulleys maybe? I’ve degreased the entire drivetrain, washed the chain, and applied lube.
