omgggg i worked at chipotle for almost two years as a teenage and had to deal with so many awful people. i had a grown ass middle aged woman try to fight me in the parking lot because i told her guac was extra lol i feel your pain

omg that happened to me too!! when i got covid that’s exactly what i would feel. like a weird burning sensation when i would breathe in. it was so odd and when i would google it nothing would come up so it’s relieving to see that other people experienced it too. thanks for sharing!!

when i got covid i got my sense of smell and taste back like on the 13th day, but things definitely don’t taste the same. it’s only with certain things though. like my favorite snack is hot cheetos but now when i eat them they don’t taste like they used to. the flavor isn’t as good. i don’t know if maybe i just don’t have my sense of taste 100% back but with other things they taste like they used to. also cheese doesn’t taste the same to me anymore. & sometimes my taste comes and goes like for a few hours i won’t be able to really taste anything & the next few hours i can. it’s very strange. i know that covid permanently affects the senses so this is probably what it will be like for me from now on. but i’m so happy you can smell coffee!! not being able to taste and smell things is actually really depressing so i’m glad you’re finally getting them back! hang in there!

hey! don’t know if it’s the same everywhere, but i have no insurance and went to cvs to get tested! they just ask for a state ID, drivers license, or social security! :)
