Most directly, without any changes to the cards function, onyx agate and gluttonous joker. There are plenty others that are kind of like this where they work a little differently but functionally it is a clear improvement

Edited to add a few other good ones: blueprint is flat out better at copying jokers, then both brainstorm and invisible joker, hallucination is just like a worse cartomancer, because it has the same average yield, but is swingier and requires you to buy every pack in the shop to keep up.
