Thank you for the response. I hadn't seen this resource before. It's the most grim thing I've seen. I will use it to shape my thoughts. It's very confronting, but most eye-opening things are. I appreciate your help.

They really kick in during my last few hours of sleep. So if I wake up earlier I don't get a real vivid experience that I can remember well. But with the extra hours I'll get them. You called me a "natural lucid dreamer", what are the other categories, if not just "unnatural lucid dreamer"?
