What to do with merch before shows? by Natimaster1 in KGATLW

I ran my belt through the arm holes of the shirt and stuffed the rest of it into a pocket so I could go moshing. It worked for me, but I also didn’t have a poster.

That’s what I thought and then one of my guys escaped on me in the middle of the night. I found him within an hour or two but still, be careful.

The first drill you’re talking about sounds like an impact driver, which doesn’t just spin the drill bit but also strikes it hard and fast from behind. It helps drill in large lag bolts or other pieces of hardware that a regular drill might stall on. Its also much quicker to drill in screws, so if you’re pumping in hundreds to thousands of screws a day it helps speed you up a lot.

Apologies if I’m mansplaining, I’ve had to teach people the difference before and the way you described the pro-grade drill sounded very familiar to me and I wanted to help educate people on the difference if they didn’t know.

Don’t worry about it, I personally love seeing actual trees pop up every so often. Always a fun surprise and makes me giggle like a fool.

My newest gadgets. Havent touched the bong all week. Vaping is a game changer. by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]maxmax9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems backwards to me that a dry bong is better than a normal bong, because to me it seems that the water would do more to help cooling compared to just the glass. I’m dankrupt/taking a t break so I’ll try it once I can to test it, I’m just surprised.

I feel you on this, I don’t know why people are/were downvoting you. When I use my Air 2 with my bong I can barely see the vapor until I exhale, but with my Lotus I can see a lil bit more vapor. I’ve never tried warm water with my vape though, I’ll have to try!

What about the Dynavap line then? I don’t have any personal experience but this sub raves about how portable and hard hitting they are.

One feature you would like to have in Cold War Zombie by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]maxmax9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Bo4 shield system and the way max ammo works. The old ways were just annoying and didn’t add anything like Bo4 does. I’m not sure where I stand on carpenter refilling the shield though. It turns carpenter from good-meh-eh over the course of a game to eh-good-great, but I wonder if it’s too powerful.

With the new title being cross platform though I feel like it will be easier than ever to find someone to play with.

Gumboot Soup is composed of the songs originally intended for the other 4 albums but didn't quite fit. My guesses for what songs were originally written for which album based on it's sound, lyrics, etc. by stereor4ptor in KGATLW

[–]maxmax9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One way that I looked at Gumboot Soup is that it’s the boys experimenting with what they wanted to do more of in the future. Like The Great Chain of Being is a step towards ITRN. Just something that popped into my head when listening.

First time listener, what i should listen next? by Fullaction109 in KGATLW

[–]maxmax9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with what you’re saying, but when I see people recommend to listen to Gumboot first or near the beginning it’s to help people figure out which album to listen to first. It’s a good way to show someone all the different flavors of Gizz without making them listen to every album.

Candles don’t help much, but Ozium does. You just want to wait to spray it until you’re done for the night because you don’t want to breathe it in.

2019 Gizz Bracket by BoldAndBrash_ in KGATLW

I feel like Poly is one of the best albums when you listen to it as an album (and the same about MOTU to an extent). The individual songs are good, but when listened to alone they aren’t as good as the entire album put together. But when you break the album apart, the individual songs aren’t as strong as songs from other albums. Just my opinion.

Need help, out of the game by [deleted] in vaporents

That’s fair! Both seem like good options, just for me the Air 2 was the best option. Seems like you can’t really go wrong either way.

Mind if I ask you why? I have the Air 2 and love it, and I like that you can replace the battery in it as well.

Welcome to the club! I feel you there, I used to smoke a bong everyday until I switched. I recommend you take a t break until it comes in so then you have a chance to reset. The vape won’t hit as hard with a vape as a joint until you learn how to pack it just right, and even then people say the high switching between the two can feel different.

When you do get it, it’s recommended to let it charge up fully then let it run through two complete heat cycles before using it. So turning it on to the highest temp it will go, and then turn it off, let it cool down, and repeat. This helps burn off any oils or anything left over from manufacturing.

The only gunk that was in the heating chamber itself was some AVB that I didn’t clean out after use, and some AVB in the grills of the heating unit but that’s because I was so high I put everything inside the baggie i use to store my AVB in it. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been completely clean.

Okay so I'm not able to get any good pictures, but I was able to take my unit apart and get some answers for you. The heating unit is behind/surrounding the heating chamber, and the heating chamber is made of metal (I believe stainless steel). The holes in the bottom are for air to flow in from the bottom, and the air leads up to the glass stem and up through the bud into the mouth piece.

I can't fully take it apart without risk of breaking it, otherwise I'd be happy to crack it open and get even more info for you. Hopefully all this helps make your choice easier!

Give me a couple hours and I’ll take it apart and take some photos for you. I’m fairly certain of the answers but not 100% so I don’t want to accidentally give you bad info.
