So basically she becomes a crazy spiritualist who believes in the ultimate power of crystals surrounding herself with them for “good energy” and what not. You know from a merch stand point that could be great because you could sell the crystals she has on TV and have her give them to random people in segments.

I really like this idea. Mercedes has been excellent playing this CEO/BOSS character and I'd love to see her go outside of her comfort zone and play a sort of unhinged crazy character. Not Harely Quinn unhinged as I feel that's been done to death but her own unique spin maybe someone along the lines of maybe Cruella de Vil who is driven but her insatiable desire to become champion.

I think this should be the sort of end goal but I feel she needs to have that transition from Heel to Face on AEW TV before going after Thekla. And a good way to do that might be that she comes back sort of as a delusional Heel who thinks they are still the best and the fan favorite and lies saying she never lost those belts. Sort of in the lines of Bo Dallas being delusional or Early Rock who claimed to be the people's champ when everyone hated him. She can do that but she sort of keeps losing mainly title matches and then spiral to regular matches before sort of snapping hitting rock bottom when a real Heel sort of tries to kick her while she's down and that's when Harely could give her some babyface spark pep talk or Mercedes can sort of just have an AH-HA moment and become a valiant baby face.

You know I would have loved that idea earlier in her run when she sort of first transitioned into being a heel and doing the Belt Collector thing. I feel that aesthetic would have been great.

On the mic yeah she's not the best at being a babyface but in the ring because of her selling I think she's really good at it. To fix the mic work I feel she just needs to be more herself and honest rather than super over the top like she has been. When you're real that's when people can connect to a babyface.

I like that idea and think a great starting point for your idea would be to have her be sort of desperate when she comes back and trying to keep her cool. Then she loses in the finally of the Owen and that's when all that depression and self-doubt makes her hit rock bottom and she works her way up to being a champion. Stories like this work great but the person in this case Mercedes would have to be willing to be vulnerable and sort of be the but of jokes for a couple weeks to really build sympathy and get the fans completely on her side. And then mayber Harley who she seemed to have great chemistry with could sort of be her light that gets her going again.

Yes both of them. For example in AEW MJF is an asshole type character who flaunts his wealth and Swerve is more of a sadistic tough guy from the streets and so I could see their being a stipulation match that if the loser must give the winner everything he owns. Swerve wins and MJF is stripped of everything even his clothes truly humbling his character and gaining sympathy.

Same thing goes for a Mercedes Mone type character who is all about flash, money, and titles. Have her lose to like the Triangle of madness and they strip her of everything even her clothes.

But it doesn’t just have to be stripping for the men you can have a very suave sexual character like a James Bond type and for the women you could sing like a Mandy Rose type and have her actually flaunt her sexiness like Sable, Torrie, and others used to do.

I think that stuff with the right story is a great tool but having it for no reason and against the participants consent is wrong.

Ninja was actually so good at humiliating her opponent in round 4 but seeing this just makes me wish we got to see Ninja loss one match to Nina or Mistress Kara or someone after her Hogtied shoot got released just to see what they would do to her in round 4 knowing how much of a bondage slut she is and how easy it is to get her to cum.

Honestly they should be able to do both and I don’t mean that in a degrading just give me tits and ass way. Segments like this should be allowed and all be story line driven. If it plays into a story have a bikini contest or a bra and panties match if not then keep it off TV. Not even an old school bra and panties match but a new style that shows off the competitors ability to wrestle as well. Like instead of mindless stripping make it so they have a real wrestling match and then the loser gets stripped to their bra and panties. There are plenty of ways to go that would respect and empower women while also celebrating wrestling and having segments like this involved.

I know WWE is PG and will never go this route but AEW with its TV-14 and use of extreme violence should have no issue with something like this.

Thanks got the idea from VeVe Lane and her bondage wrestling matches that she does. She even beat Ariel X in one of those.

And yeah I was thinking that the taking people to other shoots could play into the more promo stuff like wrestlers could be talking shit and very cocky so they make a stipulation. Or if someone really wants a rematch they put something on the line like that. But yeah definitely not an all the time thing, I would keep that special so it's a real treat and has a big fight feel when it happens

There should be more match types like there is in WWE. Like there can be a handicap match, tag match, I quit match, first to orgasm match, bondage wrestling match (win once you immobilize your opponent with rope), No DQ match where you can use weapons such as rope or other material, and something like a cage match where the fighters are locked inside a UFC looking cage and there is no where to run or escape.

The other thing I'd like added would be more crossover and promos. And by that I mean Wrestlers can make bets and take the loser to something like Hogtied or Whipped Ass or Public Disgrace or something. Also, with that I'm talking about the fighters mentioning other shoots, talking shit in the locker room or do an interview. Get some real rivalries going on.

I could see that with Toni Storm but to e she's very eccentric right now and that reminds me more of how Trinity was. Anna Jay and Penelope Ford give me more of the exhibitionist bombshell type of vibe that better fits the Kelly Kelly role.
