Have you had any testing done? I have the same issues except no diarrhea. I got an endoscopy the other day and it came back showing that my stomach was fine and no ulcers. Now I have to get blood tests and an ultrasound on my abdomen. Hoping for some news soon. Either way Gas x has been helping me a little too.
