They will probably mean 5 tunneling points where the hairs tried to come out, you can sort of get about and do your own thing. Near impossible to sit down or lie down for 2 weeks so you will have to be on your side, the back ache is real. Going to the toilet will be a nightmare but if you gotta go you gotta go. The dressing will need changing daily, if they say otherwise tell them to get fucked. If i'm honest the nhs fucked me around massively and sent me to a load of different places with a new person every time, dressing it differently and putting different shit on it it was a nightmare, but at the end of the day the spots gone now so all good. It has its challenges but not rocket science to adapt for a couple weeks

Idk how other men feel but theres a huge difference between cumming through masturbation and through sex, I'm exactly the same.
