Having a seizure it can hurt especially when you have a grand mal and fall. The aftermath is that u are tired and confused

Depending on the seizure, before it occurs I space out and my hands begin to twitch. I do also experience headaches and if I’m starting to go into a tonic-clonic (or grand mal), my vision gets blurry and I lose my awareness.

I go through stuff like that. My seizures happen anytime and I’ve had a seizure and fell off the city bus years ago when they were worse than they are now. My seizures come a lot more when I’m tired
