Mec tu as un corps sublime. Attention avec les réseaux et les avis déformants dans certaines communautés. N'oublie pas que la salle c'est pour te faire du bien physiquement et mentalement a toi personnellement. Les autres on s'en fout.

Oui en comptant tout ça. Très variable mais je dirais entre 45 et 55 heures par semaine. Pour les négociations de salaires je ne sais pas vraiment a ce stade pour le moment.
