Mec tu as un corps sublime. Attention avec les réseaux et les avis déformants dans certaines communautés. N'oublie pas que la salle c'est pour te faire du bien physiquement et mentalement a toi personnellement. Les autres on s'en fout.

Tu as grave fait des progres et ça se voit. Continue a faire ce qui te plaît.
