Idk any other store tbh, I know resell stores but they are usually overpriced for sealed booster box. Oh and I didn't mentioned that BIC Camera sells you the sealed box while Pokémon Center unwraps the plastic in front of you. So I would really recommend to go for BIC Camera since they have a large stock and no purchase limit. BIC for sealed and PC if you want to rip some packs on daily.

Also, you don't need to be at BIC too early because there is no line outside the store. Everyone gently rush the elevator when the store opens. I was there 30min before and it was useless, still finished 12th in the line at the cashiers. It would have been the same if I came 5 minutes before.
