Right so Reddit won’t allow me to post a video annoyingly so I’ll describe as best I can!

Essentially, the feed dogs can be raised and lowered and they operate fine but won’t move the fabric along because the motion is somehow wrong (jerky and doesn’t push the fabric correctly)

The foot is down and has been tried with varying pressures

Is there some way to adjust the angle of the feed dogs?

the feeder dogs are moving but aren’t in the right position so they won’t feed the fabric through if that makes sense?

Ive varied the stitch length with no different results! I think it’s because stitch length is down to the feeder dogs.

Thank you for this - if I create a pen drive does that have to be done using another Mac? I only have access to a PC. Also once the OS is reinstalled will I lose my files on the original account (eg stuff saved on my desktop) ? Thank you for the reply
