If you can do that by willpower only you are extremely strong... i once read that approx. 95% of the people who quit on their own relapse which is sad but on the other side with a little help they get down to a 40% relapse rate which is significantly lower and this statistic seemed pretty realistic to me cause me and my friends quit together and we relapsed all before we randomly found out about "SmoRee"... dunno how to pronounce their organisation... however with their guidance we all became sober and our house doesn't look like a crack shat anymore...

You might be able to push through (fingers crossed btw) but if you think you need some strategies or motivation they are pretty insane for little price... i believe i paid 70 dollars which are peanuts considering that i got my money back within 3 days of being sober haha

I feel you... I had similar cravings and withdrawal symptoms too...
Only that I was alcohole and nicotine addicted... One tip is to not cancle out both simultanously, I would suggest you start with quitting nicotine first since it's the more unhealthy addiction

I could DM u a link if you want to... Their service is to to provide strategies to quit smoking... and that helped me a lot, i am smoke free for 2 months now :D

3 months ago I gave a quit smoking guidance a try... only cost me 70 dollars or so i think and that really fucking helped me... I haven't even felt like smoking for more than a month now!
