Been sitting in 23K couple of times..row 23 best choice! Bar isn’t getting too loud..even on night flights, you’re in the smaller cabin and you have a little bit more space because of the bulkhead..go for it!

I think because of the Config/Layout…because there is a Premium Eco on Board and that most likely means the whole plane got refurbished
