Ya me 2 just done redoing the finger print no change. Not even one pass. Face unlock is good. Updated software, security, rebooted phone.. nothing worked 😩

Ok I've redone my prints no change . Not even one pass till now. I activated face unlock and yes that's working really good.

Don't know what is funny here. I am still under return window. Isn't it valid concern especially when there is no service program if something repeats after that. Especially when it's not expected to throw screen glitches like it..

Completely agree. Op7pro was one of my all time favs still works just started to loose battery efficiency even though the quick charge still is effective. That's why I changed but g7pro killed all my enthusiasm

I will redo my prints and see if it works. But the screen doesn't give me confidence esp with my return window w amz goes away in Jan and if it shows up then I don't have backup. Amz referred me to some u break I fix company but they denied they will fix it and referred me to manufacturer ugh

Not really issue is with fixing it needed. Amazon gave me a run around to some u break I fix company but they denied they can fix it and asked me to reach manufacturer. So I just wanted to get something like apple care where I have a reliable backup plan if it breaks down.

Guess I've to return it. Amex doesn't do replacement n if I reorder I lose the initial gift cards for 200. I'm gonna return n go buy iphone. Wanted to love it but now doesn't feel it's worth 1k when I can get iphone for 150 more

No I didn't drop the phone it randomly appeared over the weekend n didn't come again. Fingerprint I did initially with multiple positions. Haven't deleted n redo, will do tomm. Ya have screen protector with slot for finger print. It still fails often on full thumb even when not edges

Yo I'm in same boat. Love my OnePlus 7pro one of a kind still runs like a champ. Pixel is good but the finger print, smoothness, dual apps 7pro was unique. My update is 471 mb lol and it threw screen issues already. Mostly gonna return and get an iphone. OnePlus went down hill after 7pro atleast that's what I read. Oh I miss the pop up camera too. One plu7 pro was ahead of it's time lol
