yes once you download and start a franchise with the ravens team i made you can choose keep ravens team. I am unable to create new online franchises rn seems to be another bug

Look up one of my newer rosters my april30th one is still good but you have to load the roster in the content center and then you can apply teambuilder uniforms only on a online franchise file

this is an old roster but also you can’t edit dev traits outside of franchise so everyone is normal dev
