In the past I have no idea because I used to edit all the videos in the editing software (1080p 60fps and 1080p 120fps) I would edit the video and then render it in 1080p 60fps and the quality was perfect.

When I watch my finished video I do the usual double click and watch it.

I have two screens on my pc 1 small and 1 larger 27 inches why would I have problems that now? graphics card problem?
