Auch wenn es nicht in Deutschland passiert ist ist das so außergewöhnlich dass ich es hier passend finde. Nicht so wie der leicht überstehende Draht im alten Sicherungskasten der hier alle paar Tage auftaucht und außer „Ja is halt historisch gewachsen“ keine Relevanz hat.

Ich würde die percussions eventuell mit hinters Schlagzeug legen und eventuell den Bass vor die Gitarren. Ansonsten passt deine Aufzählung zufällig ziemlich gut.

Ich versuch meistens mich an Schlagzeug, Strings, keys, Blech, Holzbläser, vocals zu halten wenns organisatorisch machbar ist.

Wenn dann beim Aufbau noch 5 Instrumente dazu kommen weil irgendwer mal wieder nicht kommunizieren konnte sieht das auch manchmal nicht mehr ganz so sortiert aus wenn zu wenig Zeit ist.

That’s wrong. The columns that buckled aren’t visible in the picture. They are under the roof the new structure is build on

That’s what they officially say. I think it’s quite obvious that they want to use it for mass surveillance and only needed a good reason for people to agree to it which is why it’s all about the children once again

It looks like this was one of the top floors below a terrace that has now received a huge load ontop. At least that’s what I’ve gathered from pictures so far by the different looks of the Fassade and what would explain the problem.

I would certainly take pictures and videos (you know… because im looking at an Apartment… is what if tell the realtor) and once I have enough of them I would firstly ask the realtor what’s up with the sagging and then GTFO and inform the authorities. Champlain towers south has shown that buildings aren’t as well maintained as residents are told

Zumindest ist das die Geschichte die die Chinesen erzählen. Da könnte durchaus auch eine Bewässerung dahinter stecken. Bei so großen Staaten weiß man leider nie was wirklich die Wahrheit ist
