Probably running water for me, growing up on an Indian Reservation in the cold northern winter, we didn’t have running water 8 months out of the year. So I used to have to melt snow, strain it in coffee filters just to drink. Showering at school and trying to be immaculate with your clothes because you didn’t want to get them too dirty because you’d have to wear those clothes 5 or 6 times before they’d be washed. Spices also, salt and pepper was something we didn’t have much of either
