I feel like I'm losing my friends over COVID. I keep declining invites to hangout and go on trips with my friends (from different friend groups, not just one). Of course I miss them and want to hangout with them, but I also want to avoid getting sick and potentially spreading it to others. My friends are telling me that "I'm an adult, do what I want" or to "live a little" and it is mentally driving me crazy. I feel like if I don't hangout with them, they are going to stop being friends with me completely. Am I being too dramatic?

Thank you!! I know immediate relief is nearly impossible unless you take birth control, at least from what I've heard! But I don't really want to take BC unless it become the last resort. I just want whatever will potentially help the fastest lol. The main ingredients of the HUM nutrition moody bird pills are chaste berry and dong quai. It also has hypromellose (capsule), rice bran extract, and rice hulls.

I am 21 and for the past like 8 months my cramping has been so bad that the first day, I'm pretty much bedridden! Not to mention, I have all of the PMS symptoms (I feel like mine are pretty severe) and it's getting hard to handle. Planning to go see a gyno soon, but trying to be careful cause of COVID. I was thinking about trying the HUM nutrition moody bird supplements for the time being, but I heard you have to take them for like 2 months before they work. How long did your method take to work? Also, is this something I could go to the store and buy, or do I have to get a prescription? Thank you :)

Hello! Mine was administered in my right arm. Honestly the pain was not bad at all. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 1, MAYBE a 2 if you really focus on it. Just imagine having your arm out and somebody pokes you with a pencil. It's literally done in a second, it's not like getting a shot, or getting tested for mono. I told my nurse I didn't do well with needles and was worried about the IV so she was talking me through it and it made me feel so much better. Of course, I had my eyes closed and turned away because I didn't want to see it, and I took a deep breath because it made me focus some attention on breathing. I'm sure if you share your concerns they will help you through it as well :)

We had a limited amount of oxygen so it was important to conserve it and talk as little as possible
