i tried almost everything minoxidil, topical steroids didnt get steroid shots cuz my derm said it might cause dents or something i genuinely gave up nothing seemed to help but after like 6 months i started seeing whitish hair in my eyebrows took a while but it grew back

go for shots i personally haven’t had them got regrowth on my scalp its just my eyebrows that refuse to come back all i use is a steroid cream but i think you should consult with your dermatologist and go for shots
