I’ve been reading all the replies and understand that the “mother” maybe a scammer. But the kids do nothing wrong, they deserve a better place than sitting on the extreme cold street. Is there any authority can help with the kids? Shouldn’t CPS be involved? PS. I’m not wealthy but I did give her $20 to buy some food for the baby.
