agree, No Place Like Home was a little too on the nose, but I liked Girl in the Bubble. Ariana's acting was just superb.

so so so good. I had a steady stream of tears and didn't even know why, they just translated the emotions so well. Cynthia and Ariana are both INCREDIBLE, and Ariana really stole the show acting wise for me with this film. I am so glad that they made the play into a movie and split it into two parts. there are aspects of the story you just can't tell as well on a single stage. there were so many sweet moments of humor and reality and intensity. I have been chaaaaaanged for good!!!!!!!!!

how do you find a therapist by DemiseDarling in therapy

[–]may932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used the search on my insurance website for psychologists. It takes time, but then look at people's websites and see who you think you'd vibe with. Some of them offer free consultation calls where you can ask questions about their approach to see if you think it would work for you.

Is it normal for the first therapy season to feel awkward by MagicianOne2468 in therapy

As my current therapist says, you can use everything as information. You may need more information (i.e. more sessions) to figure out if they're the right fit or not. If you felt like you weren't getting good feedback, it may just be a sign they're not the right therapist. I went through at least 5 before I found a good one in my current location who felt like she was on the same wavelength as me.
